The Fountain Food Run 5K - Health & Wellness Fair is a community event supporting The Fountain Food Pantry and introducing the upcoming Community Health & Wellness Center. The event brings together runners, families, volunteers, local businesses, health providers, churches, and community partners for a morning of movement, wellness, and community care.

Sponsorships help support the event, The Fountain Food Pantry, and the broader vision for community care through the upcoming Community Development Center. Some sponsorship opportunities support event needs, while others support pantry growth, food access, wellness resources, and long-term community partnerships.

Sponsors at the $500 level and above receive the opportunity to set up a booth space at the Health & Wellness Fair. Sponsors are asked to provide their own 10' x 10' tent or 6' table. Booth space is limited and must be approved in advance.

Every sponsor at the $500 level and above will have the opportunity to set up a booth space at the Fountain Food Run 5K & Wellness Fair. This gives your business a chance to connect directly with runners, families, volunteers, church members, and local neighbors after the race.

Yes. Sponsors are encouraged to make their booth interactive with family-friendly games, giveaways, prize drawings, samples, demos, wellness resources, or simple activities that help guests stop, connect, and remember your business.

Approved sponsors may provide small promotional items, coupons, resource cards, gift certificates, or special offers for 5K participant bags. All participant bag items are subject to approval.

Sponsors must commit and submit their logo or business name by September 1 to be included on event T-shirts. T-shirt recognition is included for sponsors at the $1,000 level and above. The $5,000 Presenting Sponsor receives premium logo placement, the $2,500 Community Care Sponsor receives logo placement, and the $1,000 Food Pantry Sponsor receives business name recognition. T-shirt inclusion is subject to print deadlines, available space, and final artwork approval.

Yes. Businesses and organizations can sponsor even if they are unable to attend in person. Your sponsorship can still provide event support, pantry support, and community visibility depending on the sponsorship level selected.

Yes. In-kind donations may include water, refreshments, printing, signage, T-shirts, giveaways, volunteer meals, kids activities, professional services, food supplies, pantry supplies, or other approved event needs.
